in palliative care who you would simply like to assist in putting together an End of Life document so you and they have peace of mind
knowing that their final wishes have been recorded.
We provide a completely free service, whereby you can record your wishes with
us. We will keep your instructions safe until they are required. You will also be given a copy to keep at home. All you need to do
is let someone you trust know where to find it when the time comes or tell them to contact us.

service along with arranging a pre-paid funeral plan through us. Or you can simply take the opportunity to think about what's important
to you and have those wishes documented for the future.
